Yoga for Wellness
Yoga is a mind and body experience which coordinates breath-work and movement to slow our hectic minds and put us in touch with a deeper and healthier version of ourselves. Through the practice of yoga, we learn to become comfortable in uncomfortable positions. Taking this off our mats and with us into everyday life makes the journey richer and more peaceful.
Bob Levant has engaged in a daily yoga practice for 10 years and incorporates meditation and breathing exercises into his classes. Bob holds a 200 hour yoga teaching certification and will guide classes that are perfect for both the true beginner as well as seasoned yoga practitioners.
