Natasha Amaral is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. Introduced to yoga by her grandmother, she began practicing yoga at 15 years old, during a traumatic event in her life and has used it to support her mental health and substance abuse recovery over the years. She believes in the magic of yoga and is eager to share it with others.
