The Art of Yoga Mudras
Yoga mudras—known as “yoga in the hands” is a powerful way of practicing yoga “off the mat.” All you need to reap the benefits of this practice is to sit quietly in a chair and to practice a variety of hand and finger positions. During this session, we will learn an easy, yet powerful sequence borrowed from the ancient Kundalini yoga tradition. This sequence can be practiced anywhere and at any time and addresses a variety of issues. Come learn how yoga mudras changed my life during a period of time when I was unable to practice yoga from a mat.
