This is a Restorative Yoga class designed for beginners but, open to all levels. Restorative yoga is a practice in stillness with gentle movements held for extended periods of time. Your body is supported with props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets. This is a great class for anyone who struggles with slowing down, anxiety or sleep issues.
The class begins with mindfully anchoring yourself into the moment with breath, a spiritual reflection and a 5 minute meditation. This is an amazing compliment to any recovery program you may practice.
