These are the basics of developing a recovery program and/or a recovery enhancement program. Recovery Bank Peer Volunteers – in conjunction with the Recovery Bank Program Coordinator and CRS staff – will engage new members of the recovering community and guide them on a path to sobriety and healthy living. This includes an introduction to the various pathways to recovery, communication, building a support group, relapse prevention, coping skills and a range of new activities for the mind, body and spirit.
This program is geared for those new to recovery. If you, a friend or a family member has recently entered recovery, this will be an extremely useful and enlightening experience.
