OVR (Office of Vocational Rehabilitation)
The Office of Vocational Rehabilitation is a state agency responsible for helping persons with disabilities (i.e. drug and alcohol, mental health, learning disabilities, etc.) prepare for, obtain and keep employment. Rehabilitation services are provided in an individualized manner, helping persons receive the particular service they need to become employed. OVR helps individuals develop job-seeking skills and locate employment opportunities. OVR Services include but are not limited to diagnostic testing, counseling vocational evaluations, training, placement assistance, and support services to name a few.
From 1:30-2:30 there will be an informational presentation. And for the remainder of time, Kelly Wolfe from OVR will be available to assist with any individual needs regarding this service.
