Motivation through Meditation

Sahar Raman Deep, meditation guide and motivation coach, teaches participants how to dive deep into their subconscious. Through cultivating a regular mediation practice steeped in reality, students will experience a boost in confidence and their ability to solve everyday challenges.

There are no shortcuts in “Motivation through Meditation.” Students must be willing to move outside of their comfort zones to achieve motivation and purpose.
