Mindful Movement

This is a Vinyasa based slow flow yoga class, designed for every fitness level. The focus is on moving with intention and being mindful of your body, mind and breath. We will practice bringing awareness to any discomfort and releasing it through breath and movement. Yoga is a practice we can use on and off the mat.
